Information we receive
The public pages can receive ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, language, and security signals. Account information is collected only through authenticated service workflows.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver and protect the website, maintain language and accessibility behavior, investigate errors or abuse, and support requested NXPS services.
Service providers and disclosure
NXPS may use controlled infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to protect people, systems, and legal rights.
Security boundaries
Public pages do not expose customer or operational records. Authenticated data is protected through account membership, role checks, database row restrictions, private storage, and audited application workflows.
Retention
Records are retained according to their purpose, legal requirements, security needs, and approved retention schedules. Financial and audit evidence can require longer, immutable retention.
Your choices
You can choose a supported language and use browser controls for nonessential storage. Authenticated customers can manage available communication preferences in account settings.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session and security technologies may be required for authenticated services. Nonessential public analytics are not enabled by this module and require a separate privacy and consent review.
Privacy questions
Authenticated customers should use the secure support center for privacy or account-data questions so NXPS can verify identity and account authority.
