Frequently asked questions
Helpful answers before you ship.
These answers describe the public service foundation. Accepted quotes, bookings, and shipment-specific instructions remain authoritative.
Which shipping services does NXPS support?
NXPS is prepared for approved air, ocean, ground, and regional courier services. Availability depends on the route, facility, package, schedule, and operating configuration.
Does a listed country mean every route is available?
No. Service is confirmed for a specific origin, destination, facility, service type, and shipment. Country-level information does not guarantee city-level or package-level availability.
How do I access the customer portal?
Use the secure sign-in page with the individual account issued to you. Customer data is shown only after membership and account selection are verified.
Can the public website provide a shipment price?
No public price is presented in this module. Eligible customers use the secure quote workflow, where commercial evidence and applicable catalog versions are preserved.
Can I track a shipment publicly?
Use the public tracking page with the complete NXPS shipment tracking number. Only approved status milestones and broad country routing are shown; private parties, documents, and internal operations remain protected.
Where should I send shipment documents?
Use the authorized upload workflow in the customer portal. Do not send identity, customs, invoice, or package documents through public channels.
How do I contact support about a shipment?
Sign in and create or continue a secure support conversation so the request remains scoped to your customer account and shipment.
Which languages are available?
The website currently provides English and Spanish resources. The localization architecture can add future languages without changing the public page code.
